I Found Something I Want...

So...I found something I want really bad....check out the new Dolce & Cabbana modle...holy hell...I need to be dried off. I think they've hit the jackpot...what I wouldn't give to spend just a few hours alone with a man like that...however...this isn't exactly what I was thinking about when I said I found something I want...

If you know me I know what you are thinking..."What is she thinking?" What's up with the picture of the dog...well...I am determined to buy a baby pug. I'm so not an animal person, ask anyone who knows me, but since I've decided to get one, I can't stop myself from obsessing about them. I find myself being drawn to pet stores...Bonnie is going to kill me....for years she has begged me to go into pet stores with her and it wasn't happening, but now...it's like the dogs are calling out to me. I have a boy and girl name picked out and I'm hoping to get one in February. I plan on dressing it in BSU apearal and if its a girl...I will put a tutu on it. I'm super excited!

Life is a funny thing...People change I guess. One more exciting thing...check out my view from work. Its been snowing like a MOFO up here. Living in snow is absolutly dreadful for me, however, it can be very beautiful when you take photos like this...

Birthday Wishes

Tuesday was my Birthday and I had a whole lotta fun! Two of my friends from work took half a day off with me and we went to lunch at On the Boarder (SOOO FUN, crazy times with fun jokes...LEAPERD) and then we went to game world to blow some time. After that we went to "27 Dresses". I loved it. It was so fun skipping work. I should do it more often, huh?

Later Dave, my mom and dad too me to Big Juds for dinner. Don't worry, I kept count of my calories!!!! It was a good day. Turning 27 isn't as painful as I thought it would. I'm telling ya, I'm 23 at heart and I want to stay there!

Old Family, New Family

When my family went to my cousin Shalyn's funeral, it gave me a chance to see some relatives I haven't seen for a really long time, like my cousins Krista and Alicia. We grew up together, and once High School came and went, everyone was busy and going off in their own directions. I guess that is just the way life is. It's always nice to reconnect though.

My little brother Scott is getting married in March. Her name is Anya. She's a nice girl and I'm glad to have her part of the team. As crazy as we all are.

I'm Officially a Blogger

I've never had my own blog before...I've read someone else's, but this is a new experience for me. I'm excited.

So...this year has already been pretty crazy. Someone told me the other day that you can judge how your year is going to go by the first week of the new year. If that's true...I'm in trouble.

On January 1st, my 17 year old cousin Shalyn died in an car accident...Its the saddest thing when you see someone young like that go. Especially when you've known them their whole life. Who knew I'd be ringing in the new year with a funeral and searching online for obituaries...It's a sad thing. However, I come from a strong family and somehow, that gives me peace. I'll tell you what though...Shalyn will be missed by all of us.

I am however excited about some of my goals for this year. My first one is to lose weight. My goals are to become healthy and live an active lifestyle. I'm a calorie counter, I workout everyday (okay, I might miss a day here and there), and I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can (do 100 calorie packs work count?). I have other goals, but losing weight is the most important to me.
